Biography

I am a professor of gastrointestinal surgery in Kyung Hee University Hospital at Gangdong, Seoul, Korea. I received a M.D. from Kyung Hee University in 2001 and a Ph.D in Surgery from Sungkyunkwan University in Seoul Korea in 2005. My majors are in metabolic and obesity surgery and stomach cancer surgery. I am a board member of the Korean Society for Metabolic Obesity and the Korean Society for Gastric Cancer Association. I am also an editor of the Journal of Obesity and Metabolic Syndrome. I have widely presented topics about metabolic and obesity treatment and gastric cancer surgery in journals including Journal of metabolic and obesity surgery, Journal of gastric cancer, and Annals of surgical treatment and research.
