Biography
I was born and raised in La Havana, Cuba. I completed medical school at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine in 2015 and graduated as a member of AOA. I completed by General Surgery Residency at Duke University Hospital in June 2023. I’m currently a Minimally Invasive and Bariatric Surgery Fellow at Duke Regional Hospital. I have interest in complex abdominal wall hernias and bariatric surgery.
