In this interactive session, MBS Coordinators will have the opportunity to learn from one another and network with their peers. We will review the MBS Coordinator role and how to set your program up for success through engaging and interactive sessions. MBS Coordinators will have the opportunity to learn about novel ideas for supporting patients and learn from others’ approaches to quality improvement. Bring your laptops and business cards and be prepared to learn and engage with your peers.

Learning Objectives

1. Understand the coordinator role and resources available.
2. Discuss options for implementing positive change in the program through improved pathways, patient support, and quality improvement.
3. Describe best practices for maintaining a state of accreditation readiness and preparing for site visits.
